Business at overseas factories
Our overseas production factory is located in Subic, Luzon Island, Philippines, and we receive orders for ticket vending machine cassettes OUT/IN, procure parts locally mainly from Japanese companies in the Philippines, and export them as finished products to Japan.
In the future, we will increase orders from business partners in the Philippines, and in order to maximize the benefits of overseas production, we will take a global perspective and work to increase our competitiveness in the international market.
In-house cutting process and thorough quality control
By performing the cutting process in-house at our Philippine factory, we are able to directly monitor the entire product production process and have more control over product quality. As a result, defective products can be detected early and problems can be resolved early to improve the rate of non-defective products. Thorough quality control also improves a company’s credibility. Another benefit is that you can reduce the costs you pay to contractors.
Wiring processing can be mass-produced using automatic machines.
Our Philippine factory has three automatic wiring processing machines. This makes it possible to produce large quantities of products in a short period of time. This allows us to quickly respond to customers’ delivery requests.
Additionally, our mass production capabilities make us more competitive in the market, and our automated machinery allows us to deliver products faster and more efficiently than our competitors.
In mass production, wiring can be consistently produced according to the same specifications and quality standards. This allows us to maintain constant product quality and minimize quality fluctuations.
